The Ontario Pharmacy Evidence Network (OPEN) has launched its redesigned website www.open-pharmacy-research.ca

With guidance from OPEN’s Executive Committee, an initiative was undertaken to better understand analytics on the previous OPEN website, aiming to assess the effectiveness of the content presented - mainly from the users’ perspective, as well as ascertaining which sections of the website have been vital in actualizing OPEN’s core objective of Knowledge Translation.

In addition to the general public, interests of specific OPEN Community users were considered in revamping the website, including researchers, educators, policy makers, healthcare professionals, knowledge users and trainees.

The overarching objective of this endeavor was to transform OPEN’s website making it more relevant, more informative, and user-friendly. 

OPEN’s Executive Committee looks forward to receiving feedback from the website visitors on the redesigned website and hopes that this feedback can help OPEN to continuously refresh its approach to presenting research on digital platforms.
